Express Your Concerns Within 14 Days

Include a clear photo of the received item and a brief summary of your issue. Our dedicated support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps to resolve your concerns efficiently.

Please note that our return and support window is limited to 14 days from the date your order arrives. After this period, we regret that we may no longer be able to assist with exchanges or refunds.

Handling Defects and Faulty Items

Should you receive a defective product, such as malfunctioning smart lighting, damaged security devices, or faulty energy savers, contact us immediately. We accept responsibility for issues caused during manufacturing or shipping.

To expedite resolutions, please provide photographs clearly showing the defect—these might include visible cracks, missing components, or functional failures. Ideally, images should be on a flat surface with any error tags visible. Upon verification, we will proceed with replacements or refunds. Often, you won't need to return the defective item.

Note that this warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, normal wear and tear, exposure to sunlight, or modifications after purchase are not covered.

This support policy also follows the 14-day window; if this period has expired, options for refunds or exchanges are limited.

Orders That Don't Arrive on Time

If your delivery of lighting installations, security components, or smart furniture experiences delays beyond the estimated timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Contact our support team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case.

Important: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of placing your order since shipping tracking information is only available for that period. Afterward, verification becomes difficult. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Processing Timeline

All refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Once processed, your bank or card issuer might need additional days to deposit the funds. Below are approximate processing times:

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
